We are now seeking to take the Talent Acquisition function to the next level and are hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead Veho’s talent acquisition strategy and execution. This individual will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, build scalable systems, and develop a data-driven recruiting function that aligns with our Championship Team culture and ambitious growth goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical recruiting, experience with Global Hiring, and a proven ability to use data and analytics to drive strategic decisions.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a mix of strategic vision and operational excellence, with regular interface with Veho’s executive team. You will work closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and People Ops to ensure Veho attracts, engages, and retains top talent globally. This role will report directly to the Vice President of People.

Who you are:

  • Talent Strategy & Leadership
    • Develop and execute Veho’s recruiting strategy across all functions, with a strong focus on bar-raising talent.
    • Own the entire end-to-end candidate lifecycle employer branding/initial outreach, through interviewing all the way to signing with Veho.
    • Lead a high-performing recruiting team that can scale with business growth.
    • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to position Veho as a top employer for talent.
  • Data-Driven Recruiting
    • Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards and analytics using Gem (or similar tools) to measure pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and other hiring metrics.
    • Use data insights to improve recruiting processes, forecasting, and decision-making.
    • Report progress and key hiring metrics to executive leadership.
  • Process Optimization
    • Implement scalable tools, systems, and workflows to create an exceptional candidate experience.
    • Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to drive efficiency and quality of hire.
    • Be a driver of AI in Recruiting
  • Stakeholder Partnership
    • Partner with executives and department leaders to anticipate hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies.
  • Global Recruiting
    • Design and manage processes for global hiring, with a focus on LATAM talent markets.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and cultural hiring nuances.

What you bring:

  • Experience
    • 8+ years of recruiting experience at fast growing technology companies (ideally at the series B to D stage), with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
    • Has worked before with company top executives.
    • Proven success in technical recruiting and building global hiring strategies.
    • Strong track record of talent. LATAM hiring (A plus).
  • Skills
    • Advanced experience with recruiting analytics and reporting using Gem (or similar tools).
    • Deep knowledge of ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting best practices.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
