About The Role
We are searching for a Financial Operations Associate to drive our accounts payables function and assist with accounts receivable. This role will own the Full Cycle Accounts Payable process which includes onboarding the vendor into our Accounts Payable system, coding invoices, ensuring invoices are approved in compliance with Veho’s approval matrix, and answering inbound vendor payment questions. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Financial Operations
Responsibilities Include:
  • Full cycle accounts payable including vendor onboarding, invoice coding, and oversight of AP inbox
  • Assist in oversight of Ramp credit card and reimbursement program
  • Assist with accounts payable-related accounting journal entries
  • Assist with accounts payable-related audit inquiries
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or business
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable role
Prior experience with NetSuite and Bill.com preferred
Well-organized, detailed oriented, can prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
Passionate and persistent about operational excellence and stakeholder service
