Soxton is building an AI-powered legal platform for founders at the earliest stages. We streamline everything from incorporation to equity, fundraising, and contracts—so founders can move faster.

We’re hiring a Founding GTM (Field) teammate to be our boots-on-the-ground distribution: building relationships, running meetups, creating partnerships and showcasing the Soxton brand. This is a high-ownership role working directly with the founder to shape how Soxton grows.

What you’ll do

  • Be in the market. Travel city-to-city building a repeatable pipeline of founder intros

  • Run field plays. Host Soxton office hours, dinners, pop-ups, partner events, and community collabs.

  • Turn relationships into distribution. Create and close lightweight partnerships (accelerators, communities, service providers) that reliably drive qualified founders.

  • Convert and onboard. Qualify leads, book demos, follow up relentlessly, and help founders get to first value fast.

  • Build the GTM system. Keep a clean CRM, write weekly learnings, iterate messaging, create scripts, and package what works into repeatable playbooks.

  • Feed the product. Capture objections, feature requests, and “why we win/lose” notes and route them into product decisions.

What we’re looking for

  • High energy + high follow-through. You don’t need permission to act; you just move.

  • Extremely strong social + ops instincts. You can walk into a room cold and leave with warm intros—and you actually follow up.

  • Comfort with travel + ambiguity. This role is built for someone who thrives in motion and can create structure from scratch.

  • Clear writing and crisp communication. You can distill what you’re hearing into insights the team can use.

  • Bonus: startup sales/community experience, campus entrepreneurship leadership, accelerator/operator network, or event-led growth.
