Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Soxton’s brand identity and design language
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams on new features and user experiences
Create user-focused design solutions for web, mobile, and marketing materials
Drive the vision for UX/UI best practices and advocate for design thinking throughout the organization
Build and lead the foundation of the future design team as the company grows

Must Haves

Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, UI/UX, and branding expertise
3+ years of experience designing for digital products or leading design projects
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Passion for solving complex problems with creative design solutions
