What will be your responsibilities 📓
- Rapidly building out prototypes and iterating on them
- Owning all aspects of hardware development (ideation, design, manufacturing, and testing)
What will help you be successful 👏
- You previously co-founded a hardware startup
- You led multiple product development cycles and delivered high volume consumer products into the market
- You have an eye for design, not just making things work but also making them look and feel good
Internally we aren't fixated on titles & levels since that can lead to needless hierarchy that distracts from the team's collective success. We recognize that not all companies operate that way so we say "Senior / Staff / Principal" to indicate we want people with substantial amounts of experience.
