What you'll do

• Own the user experience across our core operations product and upcoming mobile talent agent

• Create software that feels great to use

• Work in fast, iterative cycles

• Talk to customers, run UX audits, and turn feedback into shipped improvements

• Translate our core principles into product:

  • Cycle time is key. You ship quickly and iterate

  • Quality matters. Your work stands on its own

Who you are

• You have 2+ years of experience in product design

• You've designed production software that real people use

• You have strong aesthetic instincts and can articulate what makes design good or bad

• You notice UX everywhere - good and bad - in your daily life

• You have a portfolio you're proud of

• Figma for design

• Cursor or similar AI tooling for prototyping
