About Phoebe

Phoebe is modernizing America's home healthcare infrastructure. This is the coordination layer for one of the largest labor markets in the country.

What you'll do

  • Own creative strategy and production for paid and organic social across TikTok, Meta, Instagram, and YouTube

  • Generate high volumes of creative - ads, UGC-style content, clips, hooks - and test relentlessly

  • Build and manage a pipeline of creators, clippers, and freelancers

  • Study what's working in DTC, creator economy, and direct response - then apply it to healthcare

  • Launch and scale campaigns targeting nurses and caregivers for our talent agent product

  • Track performance obsessively and iterate fast based on what converts

  • Stay ahead of platform changes, trends, and formats before they're obvious

Who you are

  • You've run paid social or organic growth and have results to show

  • You understand direct response creative - hooks, retention, CTAs, thumb-stopping visuals

  • You're chronically online and can spot trends before they peak

  • You've worked with creators or built content engines (UGC, clipping, repurposing)

  • You know tools like Whop, Foreplay, Motion, or similar

  • You move fast and can produce volume without sacrificing quality

  • You're scrappy - you can shoot, edit, write copy, and run ads yourself if needed

  • You have taste and strong opinions about what makes creative work

What we offer

  • Own creative for a company growing extremely fast into a massive market

  • Competitive salary with above-market equity

  • Small team where your work directly drives growth

  • In-person in NYC (Chinatown / LES) - we work in the same room

  • Multiple second-time founders to learn from - Justin (CEO) sold Bayes (YC S19) to Airtable. Dave built and sold Kamana, an app for travel nurses.
