We’re in search of a brilliant product leader to help us define and execute on our (bold) innovation agenda for AI-driven automation in enterprise employee service. The Director of Product Management will translate customer requirements into user stories and work closely with our data science and engineering teams from concept to launch.

Strong candidates can assess the market impact of new features, thrive in fast-based, agile environments, own product backlogs and define acceptance criteria for developers. They’re also responsible for articulating the value of new features to internal teams, analysts, partners, and customers. Ideal candidates have technical backgrounds and proven track records delivering world-class, data-first enterprise SaaS products users love.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of enterprise SaaS software Product Management experience in dynamic, high-growth environments
• Familiarity with data management platforms and and bot frameworks
• Familiarity with enterprise workflow systems like Jira, Freshservice, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Zendesk
• Demonstrated success in agile development environments
• Demonstrated success owning products from concept to launch
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Tattoos of either the first 17 digits of pi or Inigo Montoya
• Conversational fluency in markdown language and/or awareness that the term "Git repos” is unrelated to what Southerners do to rescue impounded vehicles
