All of this supports their bottom line and allows them to focus on providing the best care possible.

At August we strive to live our values each day, in every interaction with our customers and with each other.

  • Be responsible – leave things better than you found them
  • Take ownership – be decisive and take action
  • Be ambitious – build something great
  • Keep an open mindset – communicate candidly and welcome new ideas
  • Be humble – celebrate each others’ successes and learn from our mistakes
  • Stay positive – assume best intent

What you’ll do

Data Analysts at August are integral to the success of August’s customers. Our Analyst team performs critical work in advance of a customer’s go-live by transitioning data from previous systems and preparing documents for the resident move-in process. The scanning specialist role will be responsible for traveling onsite to senior living facilities to scan paper documents and create digital copies. It is of the utmost importance that this work is completed with the highest degree of diligence and attention to resident privacy.

  • You will be responsible for scanning documents to prepare customers to go-live with August and you are comfortable troubleshooting a scanning device
  • Outside of scanning weeks, you may be responsible for data entry, document uploads, and adjusting/wiring of PDFs
  • You will be a proactive and attentive communicator
  • You will take pride in the precision, accuracy, and timeliness of your work
  • You will handle highly sensitive resident health and personal data with the utmost caution and care
  • You will partner with other Data team members to improve data processes over time
  • You will have the opportunity to grow your scope of work and/or transition into other customer-facing roles depending on fit and need
